Perinatal Fitness
Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, currently pregnant, or in the postpartum period, our Perinatal Fitness Support is designed to honor your body’s unique needs at each stage. One-to-one, in-home sessions can be booked as a stand-alone service or as an add-on to our Birth Doula support.
Mandatory Evaluation Session – Before choosing a training package, we begin with a required evaluation to understand your goals, health background, and current needs. This session includes paperwork, health clearances, and collaboration with your care team to ensure a safe, personalized approach.
Customized Training Plan – After your evaluation, I’ll create a personalized fitness plan tailored to your lifestyle, current pregnancy stage, and goals.
5 Training Sessions: $740

Reservation Deposit – To schedule your initial evaluation, for perinatal fitness, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your chosen package.
Operation Special Delivery
Operation Special Delivery is a program offering free doula services to moms whose partners or support persons are deployed, deceased, or wounded, or who are away due to military service during the birth process. This program aims to provide essential support to mothers who have no other support person available to attend their birth.
Services are limited based on availability and require confirmation of deployment orders or equivalent documentation. We are proud to extend this support to all branches of the military, including the National Guard, ensuring that every mother receives the care she deserves during this significant time.
