In the event that labor extends beyond 12 consecutive hours, a relief doula may be called in to ensure continuous, high-quality care. Your primary doula will remain with you until a smooth and supportive transition has been made.
Complimentary relief-doula coverage is included with all Blessingway Doula packages.
All relief doulas are independent contractors who partner with Blessingway Doula. Each doula is certified in their respective field and listed on the Louisiana Doula Registry, ensuring that your care is provided by experienced, qualified professionals.
